Hi Visa Matchers! For those looking to obtain a UK Spouse Visa, satisfying the accommodation requirement is critical. One way my husband and I satisfied this was through letting a property from a landlord or property manager.
If your accommodation is provided through letting a room or property, you will need to supply a letter to the UK Home Office written by the landlord or property manager confirming they are legally letting / subletting the property or room to you and your spouse.
Here is a sample letter that UK Spouse applicants can share with their landlord to confirm their accommodation. We used this template to successfully receive our UK Visa!

Who Do I Send the Proof of Accommodation Letter To?
You have to address the letter to the UK Home Office (The Clearance Officer who will be reviewing your application). This letter will be part of your other required UK Spouse Visa letters and UK Spouse Visa documents.
